New Player Experience Revamp

Based on our research, there is a huge gear difference between the starter set and geared players. We want new players to be able to enjoy at least some PvP/PvE content while they build their set. For that reason, we've added two pretty huge buffs to the starter items

• Elite Helpyrion Set Effect Buffed

Skill Balance, QoL Changes, Bug Fixes

Skill Balance

This is not really a comprehensive balancing update. We will be doing balance testing and more detailed analysis in the future. For now, we are fixing an obvious problem with Meister/Grand Meister skills having damage ratios that were too high.

• Meister / Grand Meister skills:  toned down the PvP damage ratio by the same % for every class

Miscellaneous

• Holy Water is now tradable
• Seeds of Dream boxes are now not tradable
• Removed Viola Sweing Kit from the dshop and everyone that bought it will get a refund
